It can all be so simple....

Often times the biggest problem in friendships and relationships is wanting to change the other person as oppose to understanding who the other person is and what agreements they made in their life that makes them who they are. No one has the ability to change anyone, change comes from within. Friendships and relationships are suppose to provide you with guidance, support and make you aware (not judge) of agreements you have made that may cause a negative factor in your life. We are suppose to make each other better. Friendships and relationships take work but they definitely are not as hard as people make them out to be.......

While growing up I shared the most amazing bonds with my childhood friends. However, when I made the move to Cali I didn't know what to expect when it came to friends. My guard was up and I was afraid to meet "Hollywood" friends. Fortunately, I was able to meet great genuine friends who slowly became my family here in LA. However, with the good come the bad....There is something I will never understand about women hating on another women. Hollywood is full of women who are insecure and still have alot to grow mentally and spiritually. It shocks me the lengths these women will go to make themselves the center of attention. I'm learning more and more that the more my career grows, the more I will be exposed to people who don't want to see me grow. Coming from an aggressive background being raised in the streets of East New York, Brooklyn, I've had to learn how to control my temper and handle these triffling women. I'm still growing and I'm still learning how to manueaver through the bullshit in Hollywood. But I do think women need to stop trying to break each other down and support each other more. Everyone is destined for greatness as long as you are following in the Lord's path. Whats meant for you will be for you. There is no need to envy or be jealous of someone else's talent or success. Focus on YOU and your growth with the Lord and I PROMISE you that hate in your heart will disappear. I continue to walk with the Lord as my guide and I pray for the people who have chosen to hate on me get their lives together. I cant be you you cant be me. Simple.
